In the event that baggage has been lost, passengers must proceed to the Lost & Found Office where they may request that mobile phone message text service be activated.
This service will automatically provide updated information regarding the progress in the search for lost baggage. Furthermore, the Baggage Assistance Call Service can be contacted 24 hours a day at 199 280 180, and provides information regarding the search status of lost baggage. This number is also indicated on every lost baggage report issued by the Lost&Found Office.
Baggage assistance, managed by GH Napoli - a private company, covers lost baggage procedures for all airlines.
